spacious cottage has its own garden with an open

outlook and stands within a smallholding of 30 acres.

Entry to the cottage is via a sloping ramp from the

large garden with its parking area.  There are two

bedrooms, a cloakroom/wc, bathroom with bath and

electric shower, fitted kitchen, and a spacious

well-furnished sitting room with dining area.

French windows open on to the sun deck and garden

and it is only a moments' walk into Long Wood

itself - a private woodland with no public footpaths. 

Wonderful for dog walking and a source of myriad

wild flowers in the spring.

Sollers Hope is a small village in an area of outstanding

natural beauty, situated in the south east of Herefordshire. 

Although tucked away in a very rural location, the M.50 motorway can easily be reached in less than 15 minutes

by car.  Surrounded by woods, orchards, farmland

and rolling green hills it is amongst some of the

most beautiful and unspoilt countryside in Britain.

Many of our local pubs have recommendations for their

fine food and the picturesque towns of Hereford,

Ledbury and Ross on Wye are all

approximately eight miles away.     The nearby village

of Fownhope has a very good butchers shop,

newsagent and mini supermarket
